Warm shades of the desert sands colour the border and the handsome camel which graces the centre of each plate. Both side plates and dinner plates are available.

The tableware is hand decorated by a cooperative of women in a small village 18 kms outside of Marrakech.

EMBROIDERED LINENS

Pretty linens are hand embroidered by a women's cooperative in Essaouira. Traditional Berber designs are worked in brown/gold, brown/blue, brown/lavender, and green.

FOSSIL PLATES

Cut from an amazing rocky outcrop near Erfoud in the south east of Morocco, these beautiful plates include fossils that have been dated at over 350 million years.

MARRAKECH CANDLES

Not true candles, these are in fact an open cube of deeply pigmented wax. Illumination is provided by a tealight which sits inside on a small amount of sand (from the Sahara?). The entire cube glows with rich colour.

SABRA TABLECLOTHS
and TABLE RUNNERS

Handwoven in Marrakech, these table runners are fully lined to ensure that they keep their shape.

Both ends of each runner is loaded with tiny tassels in colours matched to the various lustrous stripes in the fabric.

Many years ago, sabra was made of dried cactus fibres. Nowadays it's brilliantly coloured, burnished rayon. More practical, for sure!
